Overview

Oropharma Can-Tax is a canthaxanthin-based red colour supplement for ornamental birds. It is designed to colour red canaries and to intensify red tones in other birds while new feathers are forming, helping produce an even red appearance that remains until those feathers are replaced.

  • Suitable for use during feather formation and moulting.
  • Can be mixed with NutriBird soft food or drinking water.
  • Contains vitamin E alongside the red pigment canthaxanthin.

Directions for Use

Use 1.5–3g per 100g of NutriBird soft food. For the 20g pack, this corresponds to 3–5 level small measuring spoons per 100g of soft food or per 600ml of drinking water.

A maximum of 1% of the daily ration may consist of this complementary feed.

Store in the original, well-sealed packaging in a cool (5–20°C), dark place.

Nutritional additive: vitamin E 2,000mg/kg.

Sensory additive: canthaxanthin 10,000mg/kg.
