Overview

The REPTI ZOO TC02 is a digital PID dimming thermostat designed to regulate reptile heating equipment smoothly rather than simply switching it fully on and off. It is especially suited to light-emitting heat bulbs, while also being compatible with many other heater types.

The thermostat continually monitors the temperature at the probe and adjusts the power supplied to the heater to help maintain the selected temperature.

Features & Use
  • Suitable for heat bulbs, heat mats and heat cable, with dimming control particularly useful for light-emitting heat sources.
  • LED display shows the measured temperature and selected setting.
  • Switchable Celsius and Fahrenheit display.
  • Power-off memory retains the selected setting after loss of power.
  • Place the probe at the point where the enclosure temperature needs to be monitored, then connect the heater and set the required temperature.
  • High and low temperature warnings are shown on the display when readings move outside the unit’s measuring limits.

Do not exceed the 300W maximum load. Do not use this controller with solar lamps or energy-saving lamps.
