How to Use
  • Spread the substrate evenly across the enclosure floor.
  • Use a depth of at least 2 inches / 5 cm.
  • Moisten as needed to help support humidity.
  • Keep the substrate damp, but not waterlogged.
Care & Maintenance
  • Replace every 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Change sooner if the substrate becomes heavily soiled.
Important Notes

When using an under-tank heat mat, avoid laying the substrate too thickly over the mat, as this may cause overheating. Always follow the heat mat manufacturer’s instructions.

This substrate is intended for humid habitats rather than dry enclosure setups.
