Feeding Guide
Rabbits should have a diet built mainly around good-quality hay. This mix is intended to be fed alongside that daily hay intake, not instead of it.
- Keep unlimited fresh, good-quality hay available at all times.
- Provide a small amount of fresh food each day.
- Fresh greens are recommended daily.
- Fresh water should always be available.
- When changing foods, introduce the new diet gradually over around 10 days.
Fresh fruit should be fed in small amounts and only occasionally as part of a balanced rabbit diet.
Notes
This mix is designed to suit rabbits that benefit from a varied, textured feed alongside the main hay portion of the diet. The combination of flaked ingredients, extrusions, herbs and fruit pieces gives it a distinct character and helps create a more interesting bowlful.
High-fibre feeding is important for rabbits, supporting normal digestive function and helping with natural dental wear through regular chewing on the right foods.
