How is this date calculated?
This represents our estimated fulfillment date. For items currently in stock, fulfillment typically occurs by the next working day. For items currently out of stock, this reflects the date we expect to receive a restock from our suppliers.

Will my entire order be fulfilled on this date?
If your order contains multiple items, the entire shipment will be scheduled for fulfillment based on the item with the furthest lead time.

Could this date change?
While we strive to meet these estimates, fulfillment can be impacted by external factors such as supplier delays. In the event that our estimated fulfillment date changes, we'll notify you. If the new date is not suitable, we'll be happy to cancel your order and refund you promptly

Why is my preferred fulfillment method unavailable?
