About This Product

Beaphar Fly Guard is a veterinary-strength ivermectin spray for the treatment of and protection against fly strike in rabbits and guinea pigs. One application provides protection for up to three months, making it particularly useful through the warmer months when fly strike risk is higher.

The 75ml pump spray contains around five applications for an average-sized adult rabbit.

  • Ensure your pet is clean and completely dry before treatment.
  • Hold the bottle around 15cm away and spray from the middle of the back to the tip of the tail.
  • For continuous protection, reapply every three months.

If your rabbit or guinea pig is already infested with maggots, seek veterinary help immediately. Do not use on animals under 10 weeks old, breeding females, or sick or convalescent animals.

Important Notes
  • For use only on pet rabbits and guinea pigs.
  • Not for rabbits intended for human consumption.
  • Wear suitable gloves during application and avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Store below 25°C, out of direct sunlight and protected from frost.
